Nic & Jo
We come from different generations and countries but are inextricably linked by our love of life in Umbria. Jo, together with her partner Tony, moved to Orvieto where together they renovated an old farmhouse and olive farm called Casale Zeno and started renting out spaces, a small house and apartments eventually becoming an Agriturismo. Nic came from Milano to join Tony and Jo during Covid, looking for a place to call home for a couple of years, perfecting her English, learning how to manage the olive trees, the renovation project and the hospitality business, ultimately leaving for a year to Amsterdam to work in hotels before returning to Umbria to settle.
Jo and Tony have many years experience renovating and designing houses but have added an understanding of the Italian “way” and let’s say “the challenge of layers of bureaucracy” in Italy supported by Nic and her Italian language, local knowledge and supplier relations/expertise.
Now Nic and Jo are partnering with home owners from just single one room studios/apartments to large farms/villas make a commercial success of their property or simply find, buy and enjoy it for themselves

How does it work
Whether you are based in Italy or not finding your way through the minefield of administration and managing a property can be a daunting task. We have four years of experience in doing this mostly through learning ‘on the job’ and finding the best and easiest way so you don’t have to.
We can take a look at your ‘to do’ list and help you navigate the best way that we can help, we will give you a menu of support items and pricing so that you can take a look and we can work something out suitable for the needs of your property, guests and budget.
